We visited an interesting large old property yesterday that is eminently suitable for Specialised Supported Housing, which is the housing of vulnerable and disabled people in a shared care environment. The seller is motivated because she has a large property comprising several houses and bungalows, all of which are empty at the moment, so she has no income from the property, yet she is incurring all of the ongoing costs of maintenance and payments to the local authority and utilities.
